We are a small company based in Benalmádena with between us 25 years experience on the Costa del Sol and within this time many years buying, selling and renting property on the coast. As we are a small company each client gets the personal attention that they deserve when making an investment of this magnitude. The company is owned and run by Steve Mawdsley who has worked for many years in the property business first of all buying and selling property himself and then working as an Estate Agent.

Rather than open another estate agency (of which there are plenty) we decided that after seeing many people get into a mess when looking to buy a property there was a gap in the market for some independent advice and legal representation. This to be done by Steve Mawdsley a native English speaker (Fluent in Spanish) who can spell things out clearly to you in a way that is easy to understand, and who is knowledgeable not just through experience but has done conveyancing exams in Spain and received a license from the Spanish Governing body G.I.P.E to carry out this work.
